Shipping
We ship everywhere in Canada, from our workshop based in Quebec City. The usual shipping time is 4 to 8 working days in Eastern Canada. Our carrier will always be Canada Post. If you live outside of Eastern Canada, we estimate it could take 5 to 14 days for your package to arrive.

Returns
You have 15 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request a prepaid return shipping label. Visit our FAQ for our full return policy.
