We do not have a physical store and we do not distribute in stores yet. All our activities are currently online via our website.

Product & Care

All Aubier belts are exclusively made in our workshop in Quebec City, Canada.

At the moment, our belt manufacturing system limits us to a maximum belt size of 42, but we would like to offer belts larger than that eventually, as we invest in both our machinery and facilities.

Furthermore, our belt sizes are limited by the width of leather rolls and the maximum size of wood cuttings that we can get from our partners.

Currently, we do not know when we will be able to offer 44+ belts. We invite you to subscribe to our newsletter to keep up with our developments.

At Aubier, we have chosen to rely on innovative and responsible materials: cactus leather and cork-rubber. To find out more about the different materials that make up the belt, we invite you to visit the page Our materials.

Avoid bending your belt too far (no more than the size of a tennis ball).

Aubier belts are protected by a product specially designed for matte surfaces. 

If you wish to clean your belt, we suggest a liquid black soap. Besides being made of 100% natural ingredients, the black soap enhances and lightly protects the surfaces of Aubier belts without damaging them.

Aubier belts come with a 1-year warranty, provided they are used properly. 

Aubier belts have been exhaustively tested, and problems usually result from improper handling. For example, bending the belt excessively can cause irreparable damage.

Carrying heavy objects or repeatedly rubbing the belt against an abrasive surface will eventually wear off the matte appearance, which is considered normal wear and tear.

The 1-year warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

Order & Shipping

We do not ship outside of Canada yet. Sign up for our newsletter to find out when our products are available abroad.

We offer free shipping for all our orders in Canada.

A tracking number will automatically be sent to you by email once your order is processed, so you can keep track of your package's progress.

We process every order within a 24—48 hours delay and we usually do not process orders over the weekend.

Orders are shipped from our Quebec City warehouse and will generally be delivered within the following time frames, depending on the destination province:

QC: 2-5 business days

ON, NB: 4-8 business days

NS, PE, NL: 4-8 business days

MB: 6-8 business days

BC, AB, SA: 7-12 business days

We only ship using Canada Post.

Unlike all other shipping companies, Canada Post has offices on almost every corner, including partner drug stores.

This means that if you’re not home at the time of delivery, your package will be safely stored at the nearest Canada Post office, just a few blocks away in most areas.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, ShopPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

If you entered the wrong shipping address when you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@aubier.co with your order number (beginning with AUB-). 

Please note that once an order has been placed it is not always possible for us to update your shipping information prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, we are not able to reroute or make any changes to the order. While we do our best to update orders whenever possible, we are ultimately not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address.

Your order may be subject to additional fees if it has already been shipped when you report the error.

Fees can be added if:

1. Our carrier charges us a fee for rerouting packages;

2. The package has been returned to our warehouse and needs to be sent again to the correct address with a new shipping label.

Returns & Exchange

If you wish to return your Aubier order, please respect the following rules:

Return your items quickly

Once you receive your order, you have 15 days to contact our customer service to request a return. Send us an email at hello@aubier.co or connect with us through Facebook Messenger. Return items must then be mailed back within 10 days of the return request.

Items must be in their original condition (new)

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, tears, hair, perfume or other alterations.

Some items cannot be returned

Final sale items cannot be returned nor exchanged.

Important Note

Only purchases made on aubier.co will be accepted. We are not able to accept returns for purchases made via any third-party retailers.

We may offer an exchange, a store credit or a refund at the customer's discretion, depending on the situation. All refunds are processed in the original payment method within 5-10 business days, upon confirmation of a refund.

Aubier reserves the right to refuse return processing at our discretion for returns mailed back outside of the return period and not meeting the above conditions.

Wrong size

If the belt you ordered is too big or too small, you can exchange it. In this case, we will ask you to confirm your waist size based on the size guide. There will be a fee of 12.50$CAD. The fee represents 50% of the amount we pay to Canada Post for an exchange (return of the wrong item and shipping of a replacement, approximately 2 x $12.50 = $25).

The belt must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, tears, hair, perfume or other alterations.

Please note that you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your items.

Defect

If you believe any of your products have a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@aubier.co.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service by email at hello@aubier.co. We will advise you how to proceed based on your situation.

Please note that you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your items.

Yes, you can exchange it. In this case, we will ask you to confirm your waist size based on the size guide. There will be a fee of 12.50$CAD.
